The Ghanaian youngster scored the only goal in a 1-0 win against Dacia-2 Buiucani at the Baza Zimbru 2 Stadium.
Oppong found the back of the net in the 58th minute, marking his debut goal for the Gladiators.
The 21-year-old winger, who joined Spartanii Sportul on a free transfer this summer after mutually parting ways with Asante Kotoko, has made an immediate impact at his new club, scoring in just his second appearance.
This victory was particularly significant as it ended Spartanii Sportul's winless streak against Dacia-2 Buiucani, a team that had previously dominated their head-to-head record with three wins and one draw.
