Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko chief executive officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah and his Samaritan Investment Group has parted ways with reigning Moldovan premier league champions, Petrocub Hincesti.
According to a release from the Samaritan Investment Group, contract was terminated following a heated argument with board of directors of the club in a meeting.
Nana Yaw Amponsah was appointed president of the Moldovan club six months ago and has led the club to win a historical double, winning the premier league for the first time in the history of the club as well as the Moldovan Cup.
Nana Yaw Amponsah’s administration chalked a historic champions league play off qualification which is scheduled for today, July 10, 2024.
The former Phar Rangers president left his role as the CEO of Ghana premier league giant, Asante Kotoko in 2023 after winning the Ghana premier league.
